I had high hopes for TSS after reading about their extensive experience in security services, but my experience was disappointing. The communication was lacking and response times were slow, which is not ideal in security situations. Additionally, their promised "intelligence-led solutions" seemed more like standard practices, leaving me questioning the value of their supposedly extensive expertise.
